Push up Scroll down turns your phone's most addictive apps into a workout machine. Pick which apps you want to limit — social media, short-video, news, games, anything that eats your day — and the next time you open one of them, you'll see your earned-time balance. Out of time? Drop into push-up position. The app counts your reps with on-device pose detection and adds seconds back to your balance.

No willpower theater. No streaks to lose. No guilt loops. Just a deal you made with yourself: a few seconds of effort for a few seconds of scroll.

🧠 WHY IT WORKS
Most digital wellbeing apps rely on you remembering to be disciplined. This one doesn't. The "cost" of opening a blocked app is physical movement, so the decision happens before you scroll, not after. Over time, the friction either curbs the habit or turns it into a surprisingly consistent fitness routine.

⚙️ HOW REPETITIONS ARE COUNTED
We use on-device pose detection (accurate model, bundled, runs entirely offline). The model identifies your body's key points and the app translates them into reps. Counters are tuned to filter out:
• Half-reps and shaky descents
• Off-screen partial movement
• Spinning or tilting the phone to fake a squat
If a rep does not look clean, it does not count. We would rather miscount one push-up down than reward you for nothing.

• Daily goal (informational, not a lock)
• App language (English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Polski, Українська)

📷 PERMISSIONS
• Camera — for on-device pose detection during a workout session only.
• Usage stats — to detect when one of your blocked apps is opened.
• Display over other apps — to redirect you back to the workout screen when your balance hits zero. We do not draw any overlay UI.
• Query installed apps — to show your installed apps in the picker.
