Ready turns your Apple Health and Apple Watch data into a simple daily readiness score. Each morning, it analyzes your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep quality, and respiratory rate to give you a clear traffic-light signal:

Green - Time to push harder. Your body is primed. Yellow - Maintain and listen. Focus on technique. Red - Active recovery day. Rest and recharge.

Your score (0-100) uses personalized z-score thresholds based on YOUR baseline - not generic benchmarks.
