Ready is built for runners, cyclists, and everyday endurance athletes who sleep in their Apple Watch and want a useful answer from their health data.

Each morning, Ready combines your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and respiratory rate into one readiness score. Tag what shaped the previous night, such as a late meal, hard training, high stress, travel, alcohol, or feeling unwell. After enough tagged and clean mornings, Ready shows patterns from your own history and suggests one practical move for today.

HONEST BY DESIGN

Ready requires at least three tagged and three clean mornings before showing a pattern. Results are associations from your history, not proof that a habit caused a score change. Readiness is a fitness signal, not medical advice.

Your health data is processed on your devices. Optional, privacy-safe product analytics can be disabled in Settings and never include your tag identity or readiness values.

Requires an iPhone with Apple Health data. Apple Watch and overnight wear are recommended for the complete experience.

Ready offers optional monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
