RunReady gives you one honest answer every morning: are you actually ready to run today?

It reads four signals from your Apple Watch overnight — resting heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, and last night's sleep — and compares them against your personal 30-day baseline. Then it gives you a single readiness score from 0 to 100, color-coded green / yellow / red, so you can decide in three seconds: push hard, ease back, or take the day off.

Why use it • A 30-day rolling baseline learns YOU. No "average runner" tables. • Single-indicator overrides catch high-conviction signals. RHR up 12%? You'll see caution even if everything else looks fine. • Override-aware AI insights explain WHY today's score is what it is, in plain English.
