VonageConnect for Google Apps is a comprehensive cloud-based solution that integrates Vonage Business capabilities into Google Workspaces. Features include Click-to-Call, automated call logging, screen pop for incoming and outgoing calls, capabilities for call note taking and labelling, and quick addition of unrecognized numbers to contacts. The extension also includes administrative functions for account-wide customization. Confirmation codes are required from Vonage Business for use.
