this app is designed only for people who can't sleep because they are stressed and thinking too much. if you have other forms of insomnia, this won't be effective. additionally, it costs $188 per month (absolutely outrageous), yet is incapable of importing prior months of sleep data, when there are free apps that can.

I love this app so far! I’ve been struggling with insomnia for over six months and have started taking Lexapro to help with the anxiety but the insomnia didn’t improve. I started using Stellar sleep a week ago and I’ve already seen improvements in my sleep. Very thankful!!
