Sign up process silently till my money and refused to give me any content. I thought that maybe they just didn’t charge me/something went wrong on the backend and deleted the app. However I just received an email reminding me they’re renewing the subscription and the only way to cancel is through the app which refuses to believe I’m subscribed! Really wish app developers were still forced to use Apple subscriptions where this nonsense never happens.

I definitely picked the right app to help me improve my sleep. Reset Sleep’s personalized plan, information/education and support have totally improved my sleep. I now sleep eight hours a night and I no longer deal with the frustration of long periods of sleeplessness through the night. I would strongly recommend Reset Sleep if you are dealing with issues with sleeplessness.

This is a great program that can be covered by some insurances! Customer service was always very quick to respond to emails for questions and issues with the app. Mija was a very encouraging coach. My quality of sleep has improved dramatically and I didn’t realize the level of sleep anxiety I had before starting this program.
