User Reviews

Sentur is highly praised as a practical, visually-driven tool for Internal Family Systems work. Users highlight its structured interface, robust parts mapping with visuals, journaling, and a substantial library of guided resources that support self-work between therapy sessions. The main drawbacks across reviews are price (subscription feels steep for some) and reliability issues (bugs, export/login problems) that affect usability. A minority mention onboarding friction. Overall, for many, it’s a valuable, accessible complement to therapy; for others, pricing and reliability limit adoption.
Pros
  • Strong support for IFS practice with structure, daily practice, and growth resources.
  • Rich parts-mapping tools with visuals, journaling, emojis/images, and the ability to diagram relationships.
  • Extensive learning resources, including guided videos and guides, to teach IFS concepts.
  • Clear, pleasant UI and cross-device usability (works well on iPhone and iPad).
  • Helps supplement therapy and enable self-guided work between sessions.
Cons
  • Pricing model is expensive; many reviewers feel the subscription cost is not justified by the value.
  • Bugs and reliability issues affect usability (e.g., map overlap, export/login problems, loading issues).
  • Onboarding/login friction; some users report difficulty getting past sign-up or signing in.

It’s a good app, and helpful for IFS. But the price is too high for what it does. I was expecting more. I want a refund and apple wont give me one.

It's a shame that a small team of app developers can produce a product with features that feel more intuitive and not as complicated to setup, as opposed to a product produced by a bigger and more established company. Shame, shame...👆👉

If I had this app when I was in my healing journey, it would have exponentially improved my trajectory. So full of incredibly useful resources! I love the intentionality of the depth of connection with parts, like the daily parts meditation practice. Thank you, Sentur!!!
