Since the last update. I can’t even log in to mine. Keeps telling me network issue but everything else works. The update made this app worse. Fix it please

1 star. I’ve had ongoing issues with this app rejecting my card and claiming my billing address doesn’t match, even though my bank has confirmed all of my information is correct. Because of this, I’m forced to use Western Union just to add funds for phone calls, which is a major inconvenience. The payment issues also prevent me from purchasing stamps, so I can’t send photos or videos to my loved one. Staying connected with family is hard enough without technical problems getting in the way. Customer support has not provided a solution, and the issue continues despite multiple attempts to resolve it. Very frustrating experience.

This app is horrible. Never takes my user info to login even with face recognition on. I go to reset the password and it still won’t let me into the app. You can’t get a live agent to ask any questions by phone or chat. The chat assistant literally knows nothing. This company is beyond useless
