this app is so hard to create a profile when you try to create one it tells you have to call customer service for them to give you a four-digit security code. it doesn't give you the number on the page you have to go find customer service's number so everything that you just typed in to register is erased and you have to start all over again after you call customer service

I had a good experience when my love one was in Jail with Emessaging. When my love one was transferred to the TDJC he messaged me twice. After that I haven't gotten anymore messages from him in 6 months. He tried to call attempt and I never got the call. I don't know the rules in TDJC for a person to call their love one. Rules are different than the Jail system. Securus say they do not have enough information about a love one. They tell you to call that facility. You won't get a return call.
