I have not been able to add my contact since Nov.18th when I downloaded this app on my phone. I always get a message saying they are experiencing technical issues. When I type in a message to Support, it wont let you submit the problem because there is a box blocking the submit button. I click around it but it lead me back to home screen. This app is trash and they should have kept Jpay app. This is just another way the Gov't want to keep the inmates oppressed by not hearing from their loved one
