I have set five different visits and I was only able to get through with two visits. The past three would not let me join and that’s money being waisted. I followed each step and waited for connection but again it would not allow me to join. This app is ridiculous

The reviews go back 5yr of how bad this app is. I’m been stressing thinking it was just me.

Update - *Most* of the time it will connect now, but it crashes/disconnects frequently. When this happens, it logs you out and will not allow you to rejoin your visit in progress. I stand by My earlier conclusion that this app does not work. Although I have 300+ Mbps up and 200+ Mbps down, the app keeps insisting that I have less than 64 kbps and won’t connect. Also, it is impossible to select the correct institution because all 38 options say the same thing. Unfortunately, this app is the only option we have to communicate with our child. And it never works.
