This is a multi-billion dollar company coincided with access corrections, access securepak, gtl, and many other sister company names all run under the same Keefe network. our county has forced us to use this company only to visit any loved ones . I pay $5.25 per visit and $2.15 per call. That is when they work. Most calls are spent like a Verizon commercial asking can you hear me now. And video visits are constantly freezing, glitches, and costing hard earned money for wasted time. pure evil
