I have used Outreach, Salesloft, and Groove. Groove is absolutely the worst of these three options. 1. It is really clunky. 2. The search function is awful. 3. The only positive is that I'm able to go in and it, for the most part, does keep track of the days I need to reach out to people (which is a laughably low bar to clear for a software that costs this much).

So many bugs. Breaks every other week. I love some of the features like the Groove Spaces. The recent UI update is pretty dumb though. Why make it 3 clicks to skip a step? When you have 100 actions and need to skip 20 of them, this makes it very time consuming.

This is one of the worst sales tools I have ever used. It is missing many of the basic functions most if not all other competitors have. The integration with Salesforce is lacking especially when logging activity on the correct contact. I'll pull up a contact in salesforce and it pulls up someone else that happens to have the same number at a company and wont let me log the activity to the person I've reached out to. I wish the company I worked for would go back to Outreach or choose something else.
