2024-09-23 | John Douthit | en | So many bugs. Breaks every other week. I love some of the features like the Groove Spaces. The recent UI update is pretty dumb though. Why make it 3 clicks to skip a step? When you have 100 actions and need to skip 20 of them, this makes it very time consuming.
2024-08-29 | Anonymousb1ack | en | This is one of the worst sales tools I have ever used. It is missing many of the basic functions most if not all other competitors have. The integration with Salesforce is lacking especially when logging activity on the correct contact. I'll pull up a contact in salesforce and it pulls up someone else that happens to have the same number at a company and wont let me log the activity to the person I've reached out to. I wish the company I worked for would go back to Outreach or choose something else.
2024-08-21 | Ben Hill-Reid | en | Nothing but problems with this program, feels more like a pilot not for professional use. Outreach is far better.
2024-08-20 | Heather Mayfield | en | Useless program, recent updates have made it practically in opperable
2024-06-21 | Yulia Hanych | en | For the last 2 weeks or so, the connection has kept breaking and you have to uninstall the extension and install it over again every day...
2024-04-12 | Matt Hoffman | en | What happened? The recent updates have nearly rendered Groove useless in my job. It worked perfectly fine before, but the latest "enhancements" have slowed down my entire Gmail experience and there are common glitches in the tracking capabilities. I once relied on this to track opens and outreach, but it no longer seems reliable.
2024-04-12 | Tyson Brown | en | The recent update has made using the product more difficult. It used to work like a dream with multiple gmail accounts (main and delegate access) now it's slow and clunky. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. I'm not sure we will continue using it much longer as an office. No point in working with the extension or product if you have to cut and paste the information into Salesforce.
2024-04-11 | Lisa Edwards | en | Would love to be able to use it more but it is constantly slowing down or killing Gmail in Chrome on Mac. Unfortunately need to uninstall it.
2024-02-02 | Lauren Jaeger | en | I am new to Groove, my company is not. 2 months in, and it's the most buggy thing in our stack. Super frustrating.
2024-01-12 | Joe Williams | en | Constant overlaps and taking over google related screens. No option to disable overlaps even when only single feature is desired. Example: try opening Gmail with Groove installed.. what should be Gmail is innadated with reminders from Zoom on whether or not you've connected salesforce, a sidebar that automatically expands and offers no settings on whether or not it expands by default. Try connecting salesforce after... every action you take results in a pop up window asking you to log it to salesforce. I deleted a personal reminder meeting just now: immediate pop-up asking me if I wanted to log this action to salesforce. No, I do not need to log moving a lunch block and yet again, zero settings offer to mitigate this nonsense. My entire team has started uninstalling this app and tbh, I'm not sure why the other departments use it other than being forced by managers. Invasive, annoying and seemingly intentional in it's lack of settings preferences. Almost as if Groove knows how annoying this extension is so they don't offer settings because they know everyone would disable so much of the core app. Make you app less demanding in my day to day. I don't need to be constantly reminded that I have your extension installed. To date, your ONLY good feature is the calendar share link. Absolutely hate this app. The best news I've heard this week is that my manager is looking for a new calendar share feature which means I will literally have zero reason to use groove as it's not required for my particular department in our company. PRAISE BE! Btw, I've been using this terrible extension for 2.5 years but the most recent UX changes are what absolutely tilted me. It was semi bearable up until the latest UX overhaul. It wasn't great before but it definitely didn't overwhelm you with as many pop-ups over overlays. Hell, they even went so far as to make the buttons when writing an email really hard to see now. Before they have really nice clear icons with strong contrast backgrounds so it was easy to make out each icon. Now i just hover my mouse over each one to read the alt text b/c they apparently decided CLEAR DISTINCTION OF BUTTONS isn't important. Yet again, BEYOND HAPPY my team will be able to abandon this entirely within the next couple months. I'm pretty sure i'm the last person on my team uninstalling it because apparently others were fed up well before me and haven't used it in a long while. Wish y'all luck with fixing this but...you've got a lot of work. I will say the loggin part does what is says and I do absolutely LOVE your calendar share link function. It's honestly the only reason I've stuck around so long. I very much appreciate that it lets me sync with multiple coworker calendars so a customer can only book free slots that the entire group would be available. Soooooo props for that... Also I reinstalled the app to write this review because apparently you can't leave a review if you uninstall the app lol. I will be re-UNINSTALLING after I hit the post button here. Bye |
