ClaimTag Desk helps community desks keep a clear, organized record of every found item in one simple place. Designed for community center staff, library desk workers, and volunteer hall managers, it makes it easy to log an item name, storage spot, claim status, and a short appearance note. The Desk tab puts the add form first, so new found items can be captured quickly as soon as they are turned in. It also shows dashboard counters for unclaimed and claimed items, plus a short list of the three most recently added records. The Items tab displays the full list of found items in a scrollable view with quick text search and tap-to-edit access. The Search tab provides a larger search field and instantly filters results across item names, storage spots, and appearance notes. The Status tab groups records into unclaimed, claimed, and discarded views, with visible counts for each status. You can create new entries, update details when an item is moved or identified, and delete records that are no longer needed. This simple CRUD workflow helps desks stay accurate without extra steps or clutter. All records are stored locally on the device, making it practical for on-site tracking without relying on external accounts. Short forms, clear saved-state confirmations, and helpful empty states keep daily use fast and straightforward. Recent items are sorted with the newest first, so the latest hand-ins are always easy to review.
