ClaimTag Desk is a simple lost-and-found app for apartment communities that helps you keep track of every found item in one clear place. It is designed for residents, front-desk teams, and small property managers who need a practical way to log what was found, where it is being held, and whether it has been claimed. Each found item can include an item type, pickup spot, claim status, and a short note with identifying details such as color, brand, or where it was discovered. The Desk tab gives you a quick dashboard with counters for unclaimed and claimed items, a fast add button, and a recent strip showing the latest three entries. This makes it easy to understand the current state of your lost-and-found desk at a glance.
The Items tab shows your full list of found items in an editable view with clear status labels, so you can review records quickly and keep them organized. Built-in search helps you find entries by item type, pickup spot, or note, which is useful when someone asks about a specific item. The Find tab focuses on fast capture, letting you create a new found item or update an existing one with simple validation and a preview before saving. You can follow a complete CRUD workflow by adding records, reviewing them later, editing details when circumstances change, and deleting entries that are no longer needed. The Status tab groups the same items into unclaimed, claimed, and donated views, making follow-up and sorting much easier.
All data is stored locally on your device, so your item list stays available on the phone without extra accounts or setup. The layout is phone-friendly, with large tap targets, a single-column flow, and clear navigation across the four main tabs. Friendly empty states help new users understand what to do next when no items have been added yet.
