Catchall Tray

Catchall Tray helps apartments, cafes, offices, and shared student spaces keep a simple, organized lost-and-found record for everyday pocket items. It is built around Found items, so you can quickly log what was discovered, where it was found, its current return status, and a short identifying note. The Board tab gives you an immediate dashboard view with compact counts for Unclaimed and Returned items, grouped status strips, and a quick action to add something new. It also highlights the latest three entries, making it easy to spot recent finds at a glance. The Items tab shows the full list of Found items in one searchable place, with visible found spot labels to help staff or residents match items to where they were discovered. You can search by item name or found spot to locate records faster when someone asks about missing belongings. The Find tab uses a straightforward form-first layout so you can create a new entry or update an existing one without breaking your flow. Each record can include an item name, a return status such as Unclaimed, Asked Around, or Returned, a found spot, and an optional identifying note like color, brand, or sticker. Editing and deleting records is simple, which makes the full create, update, and remove workflow practical for busy shared spaces. All information is stored locally on your device, giving you a fast and focused way to manage a nearby lost-and-found tray. The About tab provides a clear local-use guide for labeling items well, storing them physically, and using statuses consistently.
