ClaimShelf is a simple lost-and-found logbook designed for apartment buildings, front desks, and shared residential spaces. It helps residents and staff keep track of found items with a clear record of each item’s name, claim status, pickup spot, and short identifying note. The Desk tab works as a compact dashboard, showing quick counters for unclaimed and claimed items, a fast add button, and the three most recent entries at a glance. The Items tab displays every found item in an easy logbook-style list so you can review records without digging through paper notes. Each entry can be created, updated, or deleted in a short one-screen form, making day-to-day item logging quick and practical. Status options such as unclaimed, claimed, and returned make it easier to follow the full item workflow from discovery to pickup. A simple status filter in the Items tab helps staff focus on the records that matter most at the moment. The Search tab lets you find items by item name, pickup spot, or identifying note, which is useful when someone asks about a missing belonging. Clear empty states help users know when no matching record is available. The About tab provides a short guide for logging items, marking claims, and keeping notes brief and useful for building operations. All records are stored locally on the device, giving you a straightforward way to manage found items within the building. Recent items are sorted by newest first, so the latest discoveries stay easy to access. ClaimShelf helps reduce confusion, speeds up item pickup, and keeps your apartment lost-and-found process organized and consistent.
