The Add tab provides a straightforward form with large inputs so new entries can be saved quickly during a busy day in the lobby or mail area. The same form also supports editing, so correcting a pickup spot or changing a claim status takes only a moment. In the Search tab, you can look up items using local text search across the item name, pickup spot, and notes. Search results are shown in a compact list, and a clear-search control helps you reset and start over fast. The Overview tab acts as a lightweight dashboard with counters for unclaimed and claimed items, a quick action to add a newly found item, and a summary of the three most recently added items. A quick filter on the Overview screen also helps you focus only on unclaimed or claimed items without extra clutter. All found items are stored locally on your device, helping you manage records directly and keep the experience simple.
