The Items tab works like a practical logbook, showing all found items in one place with clear visual grouping by claim status. From there, staff can create new records, open existing ones to edit details, or delete entries that are no longer needed. Short one-screen forms keep the workflow simple, with save and cancel actions always easy to reach. The Search tab helps you find records instantly with live results filtered by item name, note, or storage spot. This makes it easier to answer "Has anyone turned in my keys?" without digging through paper notes.
Everything is stored locally on the device, making the app straightforward to use with no account setup. The About tab provides a quick purpose overview, simple usage tips, and the current number of stored items.
