ClaimTag helps small offices keep a clear, organized log of found items in one simple mobile app. It is designed for front desk staff, office administrators, and coworking space managers who need a practical way to record and track each lost item. For every entry, you can save the item name, where it was found, its claim status, and short notes with identifying details or condition updates. The Dashboard gives you an instant overview with the total number of lost items, the current count of unclaimed items, and a recent list showing the latest five entries. This makes it easy to spot what still needs attention and review the newest records at a glance. The Items tab provides a searchable list of lost items, sorted with the newest entries first for faster day-to-day use. From there, you can open a record, review its details, update its status, edit its information, or delete it when it is no longer needed. The Add Item tab keeps data entry quick with a short form that focuses only on the details your team actually uses. Clear claimed and unclaimed status labels help reduce confusion during handoff and pickup. All information is stored locally on the device, making it convenient for offices that want a straightforward record without relying on external services. In Settings, you can switch between light and dark theme modes to match your workspace and viewing preference. You can also clear all local data whenever you need to reset the log or start fresh. ClaimTag helps teams stay organized, reduce misplaced records, and make the lost-and-found process faster for both staff and visitors.
