FoundDesk is a simple lost-and-found log designed for small offices, reception areas, and coworking spaces. It helps staff record each Found Item with a clear item name, the location where it was discovered, its claim status, and optional notes. The Home tab gives you an instant dashboard view with the total number of found items, the number still unclaimed, and a recent list of the latest five entries. This makes it easy to see what needs attention at a glance without digging through records. The Items tab shows your full item list in a clean, easy-to-scan layout sorted by most recently added first. You can quickly search by item name to find a specific record when someone asks about a missing belonging. The Add Item tab provides a short, touch-friendly form for creating new entries in seconds. It also supports updating existing records, so you can change details or mark an item as claimed when it is returned. If an entry is no longer needed, you can delete it to keep your log organized and current. Claim status is displayed clearly, helping staff distinguish between claimed and unclaimed items during busy front desk work. All data is stored locally on your device, giving you a straightforward offline record without extra account setup. In Settings, you can switch between light and dark mode for comfortable viewing and clear all local data when needed. With its practical workflow and focused design, FoundDesk helps office teams stay organized, reduce confusion, and manage found property more efficiently.
