HOW IT WORKS

• Once: Your information, your target weight, and your pace. Timple calculates your calories and macros and tells you when you'll reach it.

• Every two weeks: You choose how many meals per day, how many weeks, and which foods are included this time. One tap, and the plan is done.

• Every day: You open the app, see what's on the menu, and cook it. That's it.
