Support Dev is the technical support app for your company's employees. If something is wrong with your work applications, you need an improvement, or you have a new idea, you can request it here in less than a minute and track its status without missed calls or emails.

YOUR APPLICATIONS, ALL IN ONE PLACE

From the main screen, you can access support for all your tools:

• Time & Attendance — clocking in and out
• Ruag People — personnel and HR management
• Ruag SSOMA Files — SSOMA documentation
• CUBE — operations module

Tap the application you need help with and describe the problem.

THREE TYPES OF REQUESTS

• Error or bug — something isn't working as it should
• Update — you need to improve something that already exists
• Something new — a feature that isn't available yet

You can also request a completely new application through a guided wizard that gathers all the project details: what problem it solves, functionalities, users, and deadlines.

EACH TICKET WITH ITS OWN CODE

When you submit your request, you receive a unique code (Code-001, Code-002, etc.) that identifies your ticket. Use it to track its progress at any time:

• Received — your request has arrived
• In progress — it's being worked on
• Resolved — problem solved

ATTACH WHATEVER IS NECESSARY

A picture is worth a thousand words. Attach screenshots, photos, PDFs, Word documents, or Excel spreadsheets so the problem is understood immediately.

INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS

You'll receive an audible notification as soon as your ticket's status changes or the support team responds. No reloading, no waiting.

YOUR PROFILE, YOURS ONLY

Register your information just once (name, ID number, phone number, and gender) and edit it whenever you want from the Profile section. Your session is saved on your device: log in once and you're done.

PRIVACY

Only you can see your tickets. No other employee can access them. The files you attach are stored in private storage, and all communications are encrypted. The application contains no ads or trackers and does not collect your location or contacts.
