Helpdesk

NewSystem Helpdesk is the app reserved for New System Srl technicians, allowing you to manage customer support directly from your phone, whether in the office or on the go.

With Helpdesk, you can:

• Log in securely with your company credentials and quickly unlock the app with your fingerprint or facial recognition.

• View your support ticket list, filtered by status (open, in progress, pending, closed) and department, to quickly find what you need.

• Open the details of each ticket and read the entire conversation history with the customer, including notes and attachments.

• Manage technical interventions (systems, software, repairs): view the list, filter by type and status, and open the details.

• Take charge of interventions not yet assigned, schedule their date and time, and close them at the end of the work, adding notes on the activity performed.

• Update lists with a simple pull-to-refresh gesture to always have the most recent data.

The app connects in real time to the company helpdesk system, so you always have the status of your and your department's work at hand, even when you're away from home.

Helpdesk is designed for internal use by New System technical staff: valid credentials provided by the company are required to access it.
