Long time synology customer - this type of behavior in product development is what will make me look for another product next time around. Compelling Synology to reconsider this for those of us who have HEIC heavy libraries. This is also the way of future storage. Stop making me convert a million files to jpg backups. I'd even pay for the CODEC. This is really shameful.
