こちらでは問題なく使えています。消えたら困るようなwebサイトの保存に利用しています。ログインが必要なサイトではログイン画面が保存されることもありますが、概ね保存できています。ログインできない人はhttpsのチェックをONしてログインみては？ (2023末にchromeでhttpアクセスが不可になったらしい)
