Agree with the other reviews. List (and perhaps other) formatting is suppressed when the extension is used. The formatting is there but you can't preview it. Recipients presumably can see it. Astonished that Salesforce would publish this with this bug. I thought it may be due to a conflict with other extensions but I turned off all the others. No joy.

The Engage add-on is the way to go. This Gmail to Salesforce tool completely destroyed my Gmail. I added it back to my computer just to write this review. No bullet points, changed fonts, horrible highlighting, can't even add things from Gmail to Salesforce, misalignment of text. Would not recommend 0/10.

This works nicely to save emails from Gmail to Salesforce; however, HTML emails begin to display incorrectly in Gmail. Bullet points or numbering do not appear and paragraphs collapse together.
