What is Engage for Gmail?

'Engage for Gmail' is a Chrome extension designed for Salesforce Engage license holders. This plug-in connects Pardot directly to Gmail, allowing users to track emails and employ Pardot email templates within their existing Gmail account. It supports both the Classic and new Gmail UIs. Additional support and supplementary functions available for any troubleshooting needs.

Expensive tool that doesn't work that well. Sometimes it shows up and sometimes not. It doesn't show any marketing activities in Gmail so the loading circle just spins. Our company is paying thousands of euros for this tool and feels like we are paying for nothing.
