Pros

Incredible tool that helps with mass editing of records.
Easily copy and paste values from Excel into multiple records.

Cons

Does not work in Lightning; only in Classic.
Can unintentionally wipe out values in fields if not careful.

Great idea and functionality, but be careful... When viewing Lists with columns for fields with long text, like long URL's, be careful! If the column truncates with www.saleforce.com/this/that/oth.... it WILL update records to that value.
