I found a workaround. The extension appears to work in the Microsoft Edge browser. Hoping it gets fixed in Chrome, but its nice to have in another browser.

I love this extension but unfortunately had to remove it per my company. If we can get this updated and fix the issue where it sometimes shows up in Spanish, I would be able to add it back to my extensions which makes my job so much easier when using change sets. As of now, I had to go back to using the old way and now I have to search for everything...uuggghhh.
