TrackWell

TrackWell is a macro and lifestyle tracking app built around one principle: your data stays on your phone. Everything is stored locally.

How it works
Build your own food library by adding items with their nutritional values per 100g or ml (based on UK food packaging labels). When you log a meal, you enter the exact weight and TrackWell calculates your macros precisely. Prefer fixed-size items like a protein bar or a slice of pizza? You can log those with their full macros instead.

Recipes
Combine multiple food items into a recipe and log it as a single entry. TrackWell handles all the maths. Recipes also contribute automatically to your five a day count if the ingredients qualify.

Five a Day
Mark any food item as a five a day contribution and TrackWell tracks your progress throughout the day. Recipes calculate their portion's contribution automatically. Five a Day uses recommendations from the NHS guidelines.

Water Tracker
Log water intake in whatever amounts suit you. TrackWell shows your trends over time so you can see how consistently you're hitting your target.

Premium
A one-time upgrade that unlocks the following (and all future premium features):
Recipe Variations - Create multiple variations of a recipe (different portion sizes, ingredient swaps) and log whichever you made that day.
Weight Tracker - Log your weight, set a goal, and track your progress over time. Includes a maintenance mode once you've hit your target.
Calorie Tracker - Track calories in and out over time, and review your macro intake broken down by week, month, and year. Calorie expenditure is entered by you, no wearable or third-party service required.
Supplement Tracker - Create supplement schedules and log your daily intake.
Stats For Nerds - A collection of interesting and occasionally amusing statistics calculated directly from your data. No AI and no sending data anywhere. It uses traditional maths.
Colour Schemes - 9 additional themes to make the app your own.

TrackWell is built for people who want to track seriously (or unseriously) without having to create an account/pay a subscription.

The only permission this app uses is network access in order to purchase the premium version. This allows you to install it on as many devices as you like, it will check with google if your google play account has the premium version purchased to ensure it's unlocked.

I made this app for myself to track foods the way it made sense in my brain. I hope you'll find it as useful as I do.
