WHY I BUILT THIS I am a medical doctor. After a year working in a high-intensity Emergency Room, I started having panic attacks of my own. These exercises are the ones that helped me through that period. I built It Will Pass because I wanted a single, honest tool I could reach for in the worst moments—not a subscription service, a workbook, or a chatbot. Just the tools that actually work, designed to be there exactly when they’re needed.
