The Harris Teeter iOS app is widely criticized for reliability and navigation issues. Recurring complaints include unstable performance after updates, ad and coupon loading problems, flawed search and delivery flows, deli ordering limitations, and a cluttered UI that makes store info and lists hard to find. Recent reviews

Of all the many grocery store apps I’ve used, this is without question the worst. Many deals are buried, reviewing the weekly ad requires constantly “adding more deals” which fails and gives you an error message after clicking three or four new loads, saved shopping list routinely disappears, and the store location provided in the app is rarely accurate. It is such a frustrating app that I have considered no longer shopping at HT.

Your new app sucks. It doesn’t work.

Updated: they fixed whatever the previous issue was and it works great. Maybe it was always there but I just noticed it also includes aisle location for items which I love. Thank you. Old: overall I love the app which is why the most recent issue is extremely frustrating. I’m connected to all the networks and yet every search comes back with the same error “No network connections”. Not sure who broke what, but could you unbreak/fix it please.
