The app used to be shopper m-friendly. Some recent changes have made it shopper-hostile. The system to show items in order by aisle is seriously messed up. Most items are just mixed up, in no order at all. And if the ability exists to give Door Dash and Instacart shoppers the EXACT location by showing “bay numbers”, make that available to all shoppers using the app as well. Do better.

I used to be able to see the sales and coupons in the lists main screen but now it only shows up for some items. Also, I used to be able to see the item details even after an item was completed but that’s not available anymore. I see others have already mentioned that the aisle order is not working. I’m tired of dealing with app issues every time you make changes. Could you please do more extensive user testing before releasing changes?
