Recent reviews

I used to think all the other stores could learn a thing or two from this app, but not anymore! Whoever designed it doesn’t actually use it themselves or know how to shop. It just keeps getting worse and with the loss of aisle numbers and organization, the only thing I even need it for is coupons, which are possible to load at home online…. So it’s really pointless to even HAVE the app now.

I’ve waited 1 1/2+ months without an app to get my pickups and not being able to get in through my browser. Kept getting excuses and was told they’d give grocery/gas points for all the troubles and money I’ve lost with coupons and 4X points. I did get 1000 points one time way back and another month later just got my app working again and the lady wouldn’t give me any points for all I lost having others do my shopping for me. (Can’t handle all the people in the store, so I Pick-Up only). I asked to speak to her boss and 20 minutes later still “waiting on manager “ 😡🤬 Not a happy customer at all. So I’m getting Meijer and Walmart apps.
