Inventory data is unreliable: items show as in-stock in-store when they are not, and the app lacks clear aisles or accurate in-store vs delivery flows.
Coupon/QR scanning is unreliable: digital coupons often don't load or apply and QR codes may open blank pages or redirect to a browser.
Login, saved passwords, and payment data are unstable: stored credentials don't work reliably and updates have wiped credit card info or value card data.

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I always have problems with it when trying to use in store deals, and it took five trips with having issues and asking for help for someone to even know to show me where to get the correct barcode to scan to access the deals. If you don’t scan it first though the deals will not apply. Half the time you cannot even get the barcode to scan and the code is too long to manually enter it in. Frustrating every time I try to use it and makes half the foods that are a “good deal” not
