User Reviews

User feedback on the QFC app is largely negative. Recurrent issues include login/verification failures, unstable loading and performance, and a confusing, frequently redesigned UI that makes coupons and weekly deals hard to locate or use. Digital coupons often fail to load or cannot be clipped reliably, and some reviews note the weekly ad is hard to access or has disappeared. A few users mention in-store checkout problems related to the app, but the dominant themes are poor reliability, cumbersome navigation, and a degraded coupon experience.

Can only login now and then. Two factor authentication code takes forever to get to you. Sometimes longer than its validity period. Useless!!!

Really dumb to remove the QFC Q and replace it with the generic Kroger logo. I have two Kroger-owned stores in my area, Fred Meyer and QFC. This makes differentiating between the two apps for the different stores more difficult.
