Phone started to heat up very fast. Already added address but I can’t just edit unit number info cause Ralph’s wants me to fill full address from the beginning, which is very convenient right? (No) working veeeery slow. I didn’t finish delivery order cause it’s stuck on the address editing 👍🏻🤌🏻 Going to competitor to order simple 4 items 👏🏻👋🏻

The app is easy enough to navigate, but every single time I try to place a delivery order, I get an error message. I have to call, they check my account, and after verifying all my information, they tell me there are no issues or holds, and I need to wait fifteen minutes and try again. It is a huge waste of time to have to go through all of that every time I need an order delivered, only to have to go in person anyway. The app is fine for checking product availability, but this ordering process is ridiculous.
