When attempting remote control of a device, it states that it is sending an email for verification but never does. This should really be where it asks for your security key or password.

This is good for quickly checking tickets but don’t expect to get anything done on it. They cant even figure out scaling on this app. You can tell GoTo hires the best and brightest from india as their programmers.

The “Manage” and “Performance” screens are blank. It looks like there is something showing on the left side of the screen, maybe 15 pixels, but it is covered up on my iPhone 12.
