Scammers are using this app to gain visual to your phone and gather information. Do not use or trust because it is not secure. This app allows broadcasting to access photos, emails, and so many other apps unnecessary for what you may have called in for!

I downloaded this app too hastily. How in the world does it have a 4.9 rating!?!? 90% of the ratings are one star. If I had seen them I would have never downloaded this app. I can now appreciate you warning to not download or share with strangers. I called what I thought was a customer support line for hp printers. It turns out that it was not associated with HP.com. The “support” agent told me I was having problems with my printer because it had a virus. He then sold me a subscription for his company (Digital Mechanics) to keep all my devices virus free. I feel like such an idiot now, but at the time I thought that they were associated with HP. So, I thought they could be trusted. I’ve learned to not click on the first thing that pops up when you google something 🤪. I googled the same thing I did 2 months ago. Several HP support numbers come up before the actual HP direct support number. I still do not know the extent of the damage done. I’m in the middle of working it out. In conclusion, if you app designers are legit and you do care about your end user, please show your true ratings so people will be aware BEFORE getting duped.
