Remote Assist Client lets you share your screen with a customer support agent so they can see exactly what you see and help you resolve issues faster.

This app is designed for use with support teams that use Bright Pattern contact center software (brightpattern.com). When you're working with such a support team, the agent provides a short session PIN—enter it in the app, start sharing, and the agent can guide you through any issue in real time. No more describing your screen or reading out error messages.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact a support team that uses Bright Pattern and request a remote assistance session.
2. Enter the session URL and the 6-digit PIN provided by your agent.
3. Tap to check the connection, then start sharing your screen.
4. The agent views your screen live and walks you through the solution.
5. Stop sharing whenever you're done.

PRIVACY & SECURITY Your screen is only shared after you start a session, and sharing ends the moment you stop it. Each session is gated behind a unique PIN.

COMPATIBILITY Remote Assist Client is intended for use with support teams running Bright Pattern contact center software (brightpattern.com). A valid session URL and PIN from a support agent are required to use the app.
