Build focus, routine & habits

Features & Capabilities

Inflow is a science-based ADHD app designed to help you build focus, routines, and habits in minutes a day. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and developed with input from people with ADHD, it teaches practical strategies for focus, procrastination, and follow-through rather than just timers or calendars.

Key features include Quinn, your AI ADHD companion for instant task breakdown and non-judgmental support; live body doubling through coworking focus rooms and an active, stigma-free community; and practical tools for time management, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and habit-building. Inflow welcomes anyone on an ADHD journey—even without a formal diagnosis—and provides structured guidance and community accountability that respects neurodivergent needs.

User Reviews

Users praise Inflow for its supportive AI Quinn, bite-sized modules, and the sense of being understood and helped to manage ADHD. The app’s community features add motivation and accountability. However, recurring issues include billing and cancellation charges, unreliable reminders/notifications, and concerns about AI data privacy and monetization, which frequently surface in reviews. Overall, the format and support are valuable, but users want improved billing reliability, stability, and clearer data handling.
Pros
  • The AI assistant Quinn offers personalized, practical guidance and feels like a supportive counselor.
  • Modules are short, bite-sized and structured, easy to digest for ADHD.
  • Users feel seen, understood, and less overwhelmed, with a sense of support and progress.
  • Community features like Coworking & Focus Rooms provide a supportive, motivating environment.
Cons
  • Billing/subscription issues: multiple reviews report charges after cancellation and difficulty canceling; disputes over refunds.
  • Reminders/notifications reliability problems: reminders page can get stuck or fail to set/advance, hindering use.
  • AI privacy/monetization concerns: some users worry about data privacy and the AI being leveraged for profit.

I signed up out of curiosity for help managing my ADHD. After a lengthy registration process, they herded me into a free trail. It pops up and doesn’t allow you to X out the screen. You either have to subscribe or exit the app. I didn’t even know if I’d like using the app, much less want to take a free trial before I could even look at how everything is laid out. I contact support to have my account deleted. Waste of time.

I absolutely love the Coworking & Focus Rooms on Inflow and the community built in both of them. I love learning so much about ADHD in the modules too. However, I miss the way the modules used to be, when you clicked “View All” you could really see ALL the topics. Now you can only “View All” of the categories of modules like “Organization” or “Family” but not all of the topics are listed under these categories. I’ve taken to just typing in random letters in the search bar just to find the other hidden topics.
