The Official Navy PFA app provides Sailors with comprehensive guidance for the Navy's Physical Readiness Program, including nutrition, aerobic capacity, strength, endurance, body composition, and plank/rower modalities. It consolidates resources into a public, easy-to-use tool with no authentication required.

Key features include a How-to video library with measurement and event videos, NOFFS Virtual Meal Builder, an extensive NOFFS workout library, and a Navy PFA calculator that combines calculators from PRIMS. This one-stop reference supports mission readiness and helps Sailors train to Navy standards.
