Navy PFA Calc

Navy PFA Calc is a feature-rich Chrome extension that helps Navy personnel calculate PRT, BCA, and CFT results according to the latest December 2025 changes. Highlights include support for all approved bikes, 1/4 inch rounding per CFL and OPNAV, saved values for quick recalculation, full cardio options (run/walk, row, swim, bike), an event goal calculator, and high-altitude support for users above 5000 ft. Not officially endorsed by the US Navy.

It computes BCA results (WHtR and BF%), CFT, PRT for all official options, and individual event scores to help users reach a target score. Entered values are kept for quick reuse on each app launch, and the extension is designed for accuracy and ease of use while staying up to date with regulatory changes.
