ADF Ready App helps Australian Defence Force hopefuls train for Navy, Army or Air Force with professionally developed exercise programs. It includes a Workout Calendar to designate strength, conditioning, or recovery days, and a Movement Library with trainer-approved movements.

Track your progress with a Step Counter and Pre-Enlistment Fitness Test results to monitor weekly improvements. The ADF Ready App only uses HealthKit and CareKid to assist in tracking daily step counts. This data is held on the user’s phone and cannot be read by anyone without their permission.
