I suggest the answer would be money and belligerence.I thoink it reasonable to say Google has no sense of moral justice.They act to increase income and try to stretch what the law/regulation demands .Write to google and send a copy to all who matters e.g. local members of Government, senior members of government,holders of specific portfolios and those who have a role in the media.
