Mendable

Mendable is a guided recovery programme for people managing back pain, provided through your healthcare practitioner — osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other clinics use Mendable to support you between appointments with a structured, evidence-based programme tailored to your needs.

HOW IT WORKS

Your practitioner gives you a one-time access code. Enter it in the app to activate your programme — no separate account signup required.

You'll start with a short pain assessment (the Örebro Musculoskeletal Pain Screening Questionnaire) so your programme reflects where you're starting from.

From there, you move through a series of modules at your own pace, each combining:

• Video Lessons — short, clear explanations of the "why" behind your recovery
• Exercises — guided movement practice, tracked as you complete each session
• Readings — supporting material you can revisit any time

WHY MENDABLE

- Grounded in evidence-based pain science, not generic fitness content
- Paced around you — modules unlock as you complete the steps in them
- Tracks your pain score over time, so you and your practitioner can both see real progress
- Everything you've completed stays available in your Library for as long as you need it

Mendable currently requires an access code from a participating practitioner to use — if you haven't been referred to Mendable and would like to be, ask your osteopath, physiotherapist, or clinic whether they offer it.
