Tiny Move

Tiny Move is a low-distraction reminder app for people who spend long hours working, coding, or sitting at a desk.

It gently reminds you to:
・Move a little
・Rest your eyes
・Drink some water

You can customize reminder intervals for movement, eye rest, and water, as well as your active hours, lunch break, weekend reminders, notification sound, and vibration pattern.

Tiny Move uses standard Android notifications. If your wearable companion app, such as Mi Fitness or Zepp Life, has notification mirroring enabled for Tiny Move, reminders can also appear on your wearable device.

For movement reminders, Tiny Move can use phone activity recognition. After a sedentary reminder is shown, if movement is detected, the app records the reminder as responded to and recalculates the next reminder after you become inactive again.

Tiny Move does not require an account or backend service. Your reminder data is stored primarily on your device. It is not a medical app or a fitness task app. It simply gives you a gentle nudge at the right time.
