Burnout Zero

Burnout rarely arrives all at once. It builds over weeks of slightly-too-full days, until the tiredness stops lifting at the weekend. Burnout Zero helps you notice that drift early, while small changes still work.

HOW IT WORKS

Check in twice a day. In the morning, rate your energy, mood and how you slept. In the evening, rate how the day went and how well you recovered. It takes about twenty seconds.

From those check-ins, Burnout Zero calculates a burnout score from 0 to 100 and tracks how it moves. You see which direction you are heading, not just how today felt. The score also explains itself, showing which factors moved it.

HEALTH CONNECT

Link Burnout Zero to Health Connect and it can read your sleep, steps, exercise and heart rate variability to sharpen the picture. This is entirely optional. The app works fully without it, and you can revoke access at any time from Health Connect settings. Health data is read-only, used only to calculate your score and personalise your insights, and never used for advertising or sold.

PRIVACY

Your check-ins are yours. If your employer provides Burnout Zero, they see only aggregate, anonymised team-level trends, never your individual scores, your reflections, or your health data. You can export everything you have logged, and delete your account and all its data from inside the app at any time.
