Curdora Batch

Curdora Batch Log is an offline organiser for keeping personal cheesemaking recipes, batch records and ageing notes in one structured workspace.
Replace scattered notebooks and separate lists with clear records that are easy to update and revisit. Add your own recipes, document each batch and keep track of the parameters that matter to you.
Personal recipe library
Create recipe cards with milk volume, cheese type, ingredients, difficulty, stages, temperature notes and time intervals.
Batch journal
Keep a separate entry for every batch. Record its date, current stage, weight, pH, temperature and your own observations throughout the process.
Custom timers
Use timers for individual stages or save reusable presets based on your personal workflow.
Reference calculations
Adjust ingredient quantities for different milk volumes, record brine values and save an estimated yield for personal reference. Results are based on the values you enter.
Ageing records
Organise items in storage and record turning, washing, inspections, target dates, temperature and humidity.
Personal reference notes
Keep your own notes about cultures, enzymes, moulds and cheese styles in one searchable section.
History and summaries
Review simple summaries based on your saved recipes, batches and ageing records.
Local data and export
No account is required for the app’s core features. Records are stored locally on your device. You can export a copy of your archive or delete saved information from Settings.
